Dominic has over 30 years senior management experience in the technology sector covering all aspects of IT. Dominic brings a wealth of sales experience having held Executive leadership roles within large technology vendors in Europe as well as the US, Singapore and pan Asia region. Dominic understands the challenges many organisations face when managing Digital Assets having spent many years with companies in the space. Dominic is also an accomplished musician and songwriter.
Caroline is the Founder and Managing Director of Creased Puddle Ltd a UK based
Neurodiversity training and consultancy company. Caroline spent 21 years as a
Police Officer qualifying to Inspector before retiring in 2017. Prior to leaving she was
supported by her Chief Officer team to create the first Neurodiversity support group in
British Policing. Creased Puddle was launched in early 2018 and has since grown to
become a recognised centre of expertise for Neurodiversity. Boasting a nationwide
Psychologist and Coaching network providing assessments, diagnostics, specialist
coaching and workplace assessments. Day to day Caroline and her team can be
found delivering evidence based, online and face to face training and consultancy for
a large number of large multinational clients including NHS Blood and Transplant,
National Crime Agency, Cybercrime UK, RWE and many UK Police Forces.
Caroline employs professionals with a range of Neurological differences which all
bring their unique talents to Creased Puddle, securing its ‘Disability Confident
Employer’ status.
Caroline is also the founder of www.neuropool.co.uk and sits on a number of steering
groups for cognitive diversity.
Shelton has over 19 Years’ experience in law enforcement with 13 of those years as a Sergeant and leader. Shelton is currently the Cyber Prevent and Protect lead at the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Cyber Crime Team (RCCU). Shelton works closely with investigation teams alongside both UK Government agencies and international law enforcement. Shelton is a strategic information security advisor, providing advice and support to boards.
He is a specialist in a number of areas enabling him to support management identify and reduce exposure to risk. Shelton also works alongside academia and the community to identify the gifted security experts of the future to educate, develop and enhance their skills. Shelton works hard to increase awareness around neurodiversity and help support those who interact with neurodiverse individuals on a daily basis. Shelton is a member of the Security institute, the chartered institute of information security professionals and ISACA.
Shelton has extensive experience in Incident response, critical incident management, intelligence assessments, threats to life, incident investigation, safeguarding the vulnerable, public order, large scale operations and working at a strategic level. Shelton has also received commendations for his work on serious and complex criminal investigation and also a Commendation for bravery when he assisted in forcing entry to a burning building, entered and helped a number of people to safety. Shelton was currently crowned cyber law enforcement individual of the year 2020 at the national Cyber awards
Shelton outside of work has a keen interest in Boxing.
Nick is an IT professional, author, public speaker on cloud and security issues and listed in Computing’s 2019 IT Leaders 250. As a hands-on IT Leader, he has a successful background in B2B, professional, construction, and SME sectors.
Author of ‘Internet Security Fundamentals’, ‘A Practical Guide to Cyber Security for Small Businesses’ and ‘A Practical Guide to GDPR for Small Businesses’ as well as contributing author to three ‘Managing Cybersecurity Risk’ books and ‘Conquer The Web’ by Legend Business Books.
He speaks at major IT events including SC Congress, PECB, Infosecurity Europe and Computing events to name a few, either as a speaker or panellist/moderator, and has given talks on all aspects of cyber security, as well as email security, IoT, trusting the cloud and GDPR.
Outside of work Nick interests are Yoga and Fornite.
Nick is the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for a Cambridge-based data analytics company called SATAVIA. He is also responsible for leading strategy, business development for Defence and Security and a member of the senior leadership team. Nick previously served 33-years in the RAF, leaving 4 years ago. His last tours at HQ Air Command were Commandant General RAF Regiment and Air Officer Force Protection and subsequently the Ministry of Defence’s Chief of International Policy and Plans. Since leaving the RAF, has had roles in cyber operations, Defence consultancy and as NED of a drone company. He is still an Air Commodore Reservist in the RAF’s innovation unit – 601 Squadron Royal Auxiliary Air Force. Nick is an accomplished surfer and takes a keen interest in international relations.
Chris brings more than two decades’ experience in the data centre and cloud hosting
industry, including senior roles at Goonhilly Earth Station, Pulsant and iomart. His expertise
lies in building high-growth cloud hosting and data centre businesses via a mix of direct and
indirect channels.
Most recently, Chris has focused on building out high performance cloud platforms optimised
for clients in the Research, Academic and Space markets.
Chris is a renowned public speaker and has presented at many high-profile events including
HPE Discovery, Datacloud and has delivered lectures at several high profile universities
